A. Move Layer Normally

1. Drag the timeline pointer to any frame, then click a layer, Drag to move up and down.
2. Drag the timeline pointer along the timeline to preview animation.

B. Move Layer with Ctrl Key

1. Drag the timeline pointer to hit a Motion Point, then click a layer, Keep Ctrl key pressing, Drag to move up and down.
2. Drag the timeline pointer along the timeline to preview animation.
