Slider with Fixed/Static Element
Every element outside slides container is static element.

Given a slider, you can add one or more fixed/static elements in following manner.

Tip: adjust fixed/static element position

#2. In addition, you can use attribute to control scale ratio of size and position.

            1: scale size of element at the same ratio of slider
